Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TaxAppealKit.com, operated by Big Vision Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

1. Digital Product — All Sales Final

TaxAppealKit Reports are digital products that are generated by AI and delivered electronically as PDF files immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and the instantaneous delivery of AI-generated content:

All sales are final. Refunds are generally not available once a Report has been generated and made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately
• You consent to immediate delivery and waive any right to cancel once the Report is generated
• The product cannot be "returned" as it is a non-tangible, instantly delivered digital good
• You have reviewed the free analysis provided before purchasing and understand what the Report contains

2. Limited Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical failure: If the Service experiences a technical error that prevents generation or delivery of your Report and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours)
• Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same Report due to a payment processing error
• Report not delivered: If your payment was processed but you did not receive a downloadable Report and we cannot regenerate it for you

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Dissatisfaction with the analysis results or market value estimate
• A recommendation that does not align with your expectations (e.g., the Service advises against appealing)
• Your property tax appeal being unsuccessful
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content (as disclosed in our Terms of Service and Disclaimer)
• Comparable sales data being limited, outdated, or unavailable in your area
• Purchasing a Report by mistake or changing your mind after purchase
• Your inability to open, view, or print the PDF file

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the limited exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at:

• A description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your access to the Service.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of our Reports at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

6. Free Analysis

The initial property analysis (market value estimate, comparable sales review, and appeal recommendation) is provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase. You are encouraged to review the free analysis results carefully before deciding to purchase the full Report. By purchasing after reviewing the free analysis, you confirm that you understand the nature of the product.
